Terms, Conditions & Festival Rules


ENTRY/EXIT TO THE FESTIVAL


Exit of the festival grounds is permitted at any time.
Re-entry to the festival is only permitted within the gate opening times. 
Re-entry to the festival is only permitted with a valid ticket/wristband

 


GATE OPENING TIMES
  

•    Friday – 11am – 9pm
  

•    Saturday – 10am – 9pm
  

•    Sunday – 10am – 9pm
  

•    Strictly no entry after 9pm



CAR PARK AND VEHICLES
All vehicles wishing to park on site, are to have a valid parking pass.
If you are arriving in a vehicle, please have your parking pass ready to display. 



If you have not previously purchased a car pass, please have cash ready instead.
You will not be allowed access to the grounds without a valid ticket.
Cars are not permitted in any other areas other than the car park(s)
If you are bringing a caravan, you must also purchase a parking pass.


Please be aware that you may be refused entry to car park(s) without a parking pass. In cases where parking is still available, ticket holders may be give the opportunity  to purchase a parking permit on the gate.

TENT CAMPING
Tent camping is available for anyone with a valid full weekend ticket.
Anyone wishing to tent camp must purchase a plot pass for their tent.


All persons that wish to tent camp must be assigned to a camping plot pass – this can be done by selecting the group booking option on Eventbrite website.


Tent Camping plots are 5m x 5m areas.
Only one tent is permitted per plot.
Tents must not exceed the stated area.
Tents cannot span more than one plot.


Access to the campsite(s) will be refused if you are not assigned to a camping plot.
In the event where a tent camping plot is available, Ticket holders may be given the option to purchase a plot pass.


CAMPER/CARAVAN CAMPING
Camper/Caravan camping is available for anyone with a valid full weekend ticket.


Anyone wishing to camp in a camper/caravan must purchase a plot pass for their camper/caravan.
All persons that wish to camp in a camper/caravan  must be assigned to a camper/caravan plot pass – this can be done by selecting the group booking option on Eventbrite website.


Camper/Caravan plots are 10m x 10m areas.
Only one camper/caravan is permitted per plot.
Camper/caravan must not exceed the stated area.
Camper/caravan cannot span more than one plot.


If you are bringing a caravan, you must also purchase a parking pass and return your vehicle to the car park once your caravan is sited.
All live-in vehicles are advised that they must bring a fire extinguisher or fire blanket and have fire alarms in accordance with the most recent fire regulations - you may be asked be asked to show this on entry.


Access to the campsite(s) will be refused if you are not assigned to a camping plot.
In the event where a tent camping plot is still available, Ticket holders may be given the opportunity to purchase a plot pass on the gate.


CHILDREN/MINORS


Under 11’s are free but still need a ticket, please make sure a ticket is purchased for every child in your care.
Persons under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 21 or over on entering the festival venue and at all times while attending the festival; they may not bring alcohol into or consume it anywhere at the festival venue; original photo-ID with proof of age will be required for all ticket holders.


All staff have the right to challenge age claims where they believe the claim being made is questionable and acceptable proof of age is not provided. Acceptable forms of photo ID; A passport, European Union photocard driving licence, a photographic identity card bearing the national Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) hologram, national identity card issued by a European Union member state.
One adult aged 21 or over may accompany a maximum of TWO persons under 18 to the festival venue.


Although the festival is family friendly, parental advisory may be necessary throughout the event.


GENERAL


7fest & The East Coast Show Ground reserve the right to make additions to the terms and conditions at anytime up until 30days before the event start time.

Your ticket is valid for one person only.
 
You are advised to check your ticket upon receipt. Please read terms and conditions on the ticket as your purchase of a ticket signifies your agreement to these. No tickets will be refunded unless the event is completely cancelled in which case only the face value of the ticket will be refunded. Tickets are for the festival and not for one specific artist. The promoter will use their best endeavours to present the line-up as advertised, but the line-up of artists cannot be guaranteed. Should one or more artists cancel, the festival will go ahead as normal. Refunds will not be given in these circumstances.



Purchase of this ticket and/or its presentation at the event signifies your agreement to the following terms and conditions set by the promoter.
Right of admission reserved: the promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to or to eject ticket-holders from the festival venue without a refund.



Aggressive or antisocial behaviour: will be met with a zero-tolerance policy and immediate ejection.



Lost, stolen or incomplete tickets: admission will not be allowed to persons without ticket and stub (joined) in the case of hard tickets, or to a person presenting a ticket that has already been scanned in the case of e-tickets, or to persons whose tickets have been lost or stolen.

Lost or altered wristbands: attendance without the relevant wristband issued by the event is not allowed and will result in ejection; wristbands that have been tampered with or removed will be declared invalid and lost wristbands will not be replaced.



Glass, dangerous objects, flares, Chinese lanterns, fireworks, Kites, illegal substances, nitrous oxide and other psychoactive substances: none of these are permitted at the festival venue and will be confiscated; use of fireworks, flares or Chinese lanterns will result in immediate ejection;



Animals are not permitted on the festival grounds.
No sleeping in vehicles in car parks is allowed.
No fires, BBQs or stoves will be permitted on the festival grounds.

Amplified music: no independent sound systems to be brought onto site.



Filming: you consent to appearance in film, photography and sound recordings of the event as a member of the audience

Personal alcohol is permitted in the campsite(s) only. No Alcohol to be brought into the main arena.

Possession or use of illegal substance(s) will be met with a zero-tolerance policy, immediate ejection & confiscation.

DISCLAIMERS:
Use of the festival venue is at your own risk; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of the promoter, its servants or agents or any person whilst entering or leaving the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for death, injury, disease or loss caused to any person or to his servant or agent at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any loss, damage or theft to property including vehicles at the festival venue; the promoter shall disclaim liability for any inaccuracies in any information published with regard to the event.

The artist and performer line-up and all billed attractions are subject to change at any time without notice.
